“Integrity” the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles That is how I describe Peak Custom Remodeling. My home is only 4 years old, during a very windy storm this summer I found several shingles on my patio. I wasn’t too concerned only because our house was new. But when my neighbor said they were going to check their roof out I thought I probably should too. So, I called PEAK because they helped me out at my old house. That house was a Victorian built in 1889 with a very tall peak roof. Well, all I can say is I’m so very glad I called PEAK. Not only were shingles missing but there was exposed wood!! My neighbor had already gotten their roof repaired by another company. But when PEAK did mine they also checked my neighbors the job was not good with still exposed wood. Needless to say I will always be a true blue PEAK customer forever!!

This company damaged my home, said they would pay for the repair, then failed to stand by their word. I hired them for a $30,000+ roof replacement. They had all the shingles delivered the Friday the week before installation and they stacks of heavy shingles were placed on one side of my house, predominately on one peak of my house. The weight of the shingles caused my front stone veneer to crack and we started getting water infiltration. Howard Wilt of Peak Custom Remodeling said they would take care of this. He asked if I had a stone guy. I told him that I did, which was true. He said just sent the bill after getting it repaired. When I did, he balked at the $3,600 price tag. It was a complicated job and the stone had to be taken down and replaced with new mortar. It was a full day job. Howard wrote in an email: "I’m sorry to say that the owners have told me that they will not pay this invoice." This company damages your property and doesn't stand behind its word.

Impressive operation. First day was delivery of roofing materials and placement on the roof peak with a boom truck. Second day was removal of the old roof and installation of 75% of the new roof. Third day they finished the roof and did the clean up. Great effort to clean up. ( I only found one nail on the deck). The gutters were done in one day a week later. Although the contract called for 5 inch gutters on the main roof and 6 inch gutters on the attached garage, the installers got it backwards (6 on the main house and 5 on the garage) There was a downpour the following day and the garage gutters overflowed. We called Peak and explained the problem and they came a few days later and added 6 inch gutters to the garage. All done at no charge. Excellent workmanship, materials, and customer support. Most highly recommended.

I had a complete roof replacement and the work is superior in all respects. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the crew who finished the job sooner than expected. The cleanup left my yard looking as though they were never there. This was a 5 star job, start to finish! Thank you.

LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!!! I moved into a 2 bedroom condo last fall and last winter there was cold air leaking through them which was a bit UPSETTING!! Decided to go with Peak because of the quality of their products and their warranty, which is the best in the industry. On Dec 2nd they were installed and finally I have windows that don't leak water during a storm and don't leak cold air, now that it is winter. They are easy to use and clean and I love them!! Great decision to go with Peak. Will work with them again when I decide on replacing my sliding glass doors next year!!

We had a new custom front entry door manufactured by ProVia and installed by Peak Custom Remodeling. All went great and looks fantastic.Would recommend Peak to others without hesitation.

From beginning to end, everything was handled professionally and responsively. Our salesperson, Vito, listened well and worked hard to get us into the products which were best for us. He shared a pretty wide range of available products, but there was no pressure to buy beyond what we wanted, which we appreciated. The crew started early each day, and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. They left the work site clean every night. We couldn't be happier with the results.

The process was seamless from end to end. The presentation by the project manager was informative and provided answers to all of my questions. The roofing project was done in one day with minimal disruption. The product is of the highest possible quality.

IT WENT GREAT! I HAVE 21 WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE & THEY FINISHED IN ONE DAY! THEY LAYED DOWN PROTECTION ON ALL THE FLOORS, THEY VACUUMED AND WIPED DOWN ANY AREA THAT NEEDED IT. THE CREW RESPECTFUL TO ME, MY FAMILY AND EVEN MY CATS AND DOGS. THE CATS WERE IN MY BEDROOM AND I ASKED IF THEY COULD CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND ALL THE INS AND OUTS THEY NEEDED TO DO AND ALSO KEEP THE GATE TO THE YARD CLOSE SO THE DOGS DIDN'T ACCIDENTLY GET OUT. AND THEY DID. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE DEBRIS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. AND THE PRICE WAS MANAGEABLE. EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE OFFICE AND THE CREW COULD NOT OF BEEN ANY MORE HELPFUL. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Peak Custom Remolding did an excellent job on the replacement of my roof (from cedar shakes to synthetic slate), new gutters and replacement of two sky lights. The entire crew were professional, meticulous and were eager to please. I highly recommend Peak Custom Remodeling Corp.
